Your personal details will never be used for anything other than getting your wine to you in the best possible conditions and with the maximum guarantees. They will not be handed on to third parties to send you junk mail, and you will only receive as much information from El Celler Català as you ask for. Furthermore, we never give, sell or lend our mailing lists to anybody. Ever.

Our customers’ security is of primary importance to us, and we insist on a number of different levels of security, so that nobody can intercept your credit card details, or use your credit card if they have stolen your wallet.
All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption provided by our hosts, Yahoo! Store. Whilst your order is at the Yahoo! Store server, your credit card details remain encrypted, and when your details are transmitted to El Celler Català for dispatch the message remains encrypted to the same degree to ensure that there is no weak link in the chain.

Your delivery will be made by UPS. You will be required to sign receipt of the shipment, and must be of legal age to purchase alcohol in your country. We prefer to ship directly to the cardholder making the purchase. This way, both you the customer, and El Celler Català are protected against potential fraud. UPS will attempt to deliver to you three times (so no problem if you’re not at home the first time), but to ensure that we can deliver to you, you might like us to bring it to your office. Please specify the correct delivery address. To avoid any problems we can know where your shipment is at all times through the UPS parcel tracking system.

If you click on the order button and nothing happens, it is probably because you cannot connect securely to the server. This could be for one of two reasons:
You are using a very old browser version which doesn’t allow secure connections, in which case you should think seriously about upgrading.
